These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SitePulse ("SitePulse", "we", "us") at yoursitepulse.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
SitePulse is a subscription service that builds, publishes, hosts and maintains websites and online stores, including AI-assisted design, editing, images and video. Features vary by plan. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time; if a change materially reduces what you pay for, we'll give you reasonable notice.
SitePulse lets you export or publish your design to third-party platforms such as Shopify, WordPress or any host you choose. Those platforms are operated by others and have their own terms and fees. SitePulse is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and we're not responsible for their services once your site is published there. Any trademarks referenced (such as Shopify or WordPress) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
You agree not to use SitePulse to publish or transmit anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, and not to misuse the service — for example by attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to it, or by using it to send spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
AI features can occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected results. You're responsible for reviewing what you publish. You should check that generated text, images, prices and business details are correct before your site goes live.
SitePulse, including our software, templates and brand, remains our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service and to use the sites we generate for your own business while your subscription is active or, for exported sites, subject to these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard on reliability and uptime but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that search rankings or business results will follow. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SitePulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use SitePulse after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SitePulse operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under your local law.
